What peeves me most is failure to provide ASX updates while in Suspension. We got a month report a day ago telling us activities a month old. What about June?
What waiver allows no announcements? Is it because nothing is material to the SP because it can’t be moved under suspension? BS
Its not the suspension, it’s the lack of material accurate upto date reports and that they are obviously insolvent based on red lease to date which legally requires all those BODs to act accordingly
