Forget for a minute who is right and who is wrong some individuals within the government have an axe to grind with AVQ management, AVQ are a public company and therefore the balance sheet is there for all to see. Whoever is holding back on granting the export permit knows that if things are held back long enough the company will fold because as AZ said no permit, no mining, no money able to be borrowed,no cashflow. It is such a shame for AVQ to be in this predicament but equally as bad for the people of the SI. Govt business in this manner would not be tolerated in Australia. The saddest part is that whilst the SI govt is happy to carry on with this vendetta they are equally as happy to jump into bed with Chinese investors, tragically they will learn the hard way how ruthless, in business, our Chinese friends can and will be.
