They already told us that they wernt looking to p[proceed with the Upstream for 3-4 years. The SP dropped a head then came back up. Was anyone expecting MIN to sign something to say they would come back in 4 years and build the mine? Would anyone believe that anyway... the deal collapsing was already factored into the price. Albeit on the assumption that the made in USA gave us some form of option moving forward.
