unfortunately I think that announcement by the ASX is the reason for delay. Anything which has a covid -19 announcement is going through a process to meet the fair and reasonable test and authenticity. The fact that they have not withdrawn this reference yet after this period of time is encouraging on the positive side but past experience with other announcements inevitably lead to the fact that the board is likely being opportunistic and trading on misinformation. This is why the SP is trading where it is and if they do withdraw the covid-19 reference it will go down further.
