ASX should keep the stock suspended or place the underwriter's shares in escrow until they have paid for them all.
Definitely Maxybro, this was going to be the pay-off for these guys. Having someone get shares before payment and possibly without a caveat that they cant be sold until payment made. Stinks to high heaven!!!
