    The surface rights fee - anyone knows if this payment was expected to be split between AVZ (75%) and Cominiere (25%) or this payment is just for the AVZ 75% stake?
    Just thinking if this is holding up the ML and resulted in the further extension as Cominiere maybe refusing to pay their part of the fee..
