    If they are really negotiating a TO or JV deal which I think they are, any information disclosed prematurely may jeopardize the deal.

    Like everyone else here, I don't know for sure what exactly is going on but based on my research and analysis, I am very confident something really good and big? is brewing. Maybe the longer it takes, the bigger and better the deal we get. Happy to continue my positive dream.........
