Mate, clearly they recieved some info regarding the BFS that was material to the shareprice and they called a TH. Since then they haven't been able to finalize the announcement for release to the market, simple as that. I don't know what you realistically expect from them, they can't tell the future they can only advise shareholders of expected timelines. Personally I haven't seen a single company in the last 2 years be anywhere close with their timelines, whether it be assays, approvals or production, everything has been delayed to all hell.
I have faith in the new CEO, he has a very impressive resume and a lot of experience in the French speaking regions of Africa. Here's hoping the announcement will be worth the wait.
