    All of the expertise in Bx mining in Alcoa resided in the Australians, and even they had great difficulty coming to grips with operating in francophone West Africa, Americans were hopeless, ( inherent racism?) quebecois no better. Only thing the latter had going for them is that they speak french ( sort of)
