    You are correct in saying the ASX has to review the full BFS, if they are not satisfied with a word, line or paragraph or indeed any detail that needs to be clarified.

    Docs need to be amended and in CAY's case, they need to be signed off again by the Chinese MCC group then reviewed again by Lawyers followed by ASX

    Lawyers are also thrown into the mix to review all documents

    this process takes time
