Gotcha MTB. You are right of course. I was using lazy shorthand. My real point was: if the ASX has to satisfy itself on the matter of the BFS, and they get something written in Shanghai (possibly translated from the original Chinese) then maybe that would cause them to just take a moment.

So much about Canyon has been suspect/half-arsed. From Phil’s perpetual broken promises; the
disgraced brokers wild exaggerations; the parade of new heroes and saviours (anyone remember Tolga?) ... it wouldn’t be a big surprise if the ASX decided to have a long hard look at something pulled together by Peter Su’s uncle’s company.

I hope they have a good look, and end up giving it a big tick. But, in their position, I’d be giving it a careful read too.
