If Pfizer is not interested, it can simply say no and walk away. There won't be much delay. So the delay is not always bad. It is quite likely that both parties are negotiating. I won't be surprised if it takes extra time.
Don't forget Pfizer is still in this for R&D which is a separate deal from the T/O. So how much can it go down if Pfizer pulls out from the T/O? down to 5 cents? let us say 5c. That will be a great opp to buy. Why? Because the quarterly is coming up. If it goes up another 44% in revenue, it could bounce back above 6c which is 20% profit in a month. Why not?
If our quarterly is up consistently (44% every report period), I just don't see why we have to sell? Why can't we just have another CR and continue our own path?
