If the ASX was asking questions to the company, it would need to be made public and released in a statement, ie a speeding ticket.
You're correct in the valuation being subjective. How do you price in revenue that hasn't been awarded yet, or may or may not eventuate. Valuating established growth stocks is tricky, let alone a company currently making next to nothing but perceived potential.
