    In my opinion...
    I believe that the valuation has come in above the offer price.
    I do believe that the board no longer have to support an offer not in best interest of share holders.
    Is a new offer on the table?
    What is the independent valuation of Resapphealth?
    A conference call would be great an is allowed under a VS.
