I know everyone is guessing here...because no one knows exactly what is going on....but my guesstimate is that contracts are being drawn up that have to be legally gone over and across two companies lawyers and across time zones etc etc.
1. The T/O is off. We keep the 4 million $$.
2. Pfizer signs a binding agreement to license our tech globally. Hopefully not exclusively.
3. Up front license payment amount all contracted and signed off with immediate effect and quarterly expected payments.
That should satisfy the shareholders and the BOD and the SP should take off once suspension is lifted.
I have this feeling that the take over will be off the table because no one can agree on a price.
Is the scheme now going to miss critical dates @TerribleTadpole ?
