Nup I don’t think they should, regardless of what other parties did they should never leave it to the last minute to secure funding to keep the lights on.
its their job to foresee all kinds of issues, whether its a delay with the project partner, or government delays, or adverse market conditions, and its their job to steer us safely through those risks. instead they’ve completely screwed us over in leaving the CR until now facing a perfect storm. they deserve to be sacked.
