It's not an excuse its a reality given current market situation and poor management.
Also the BFS can be that good.. but the whole project is fully de risked until the MC is signed. So why would any investor pay more then the current SP given that it would be cheaper then 8.7 cents if we hadnt been in a suspension for 6-7 weeks
