    I believe the chairman, Cliff Lawrenson, has some explaining to do.

    I'd also like to hear the relationship between the chairman and Ashanti explained, my understanding is that he was headhunted by Ashanti and now he is allowing this CR organized By Ashanti and Fosters at a pathetic 4.5cents with a 1:1 option.

    The exercise price is under the last traded price.
