You have got to be kidding. Lack of leadership? Because you're impatient to hear an outcome? Let the process happen and then analyse what you think they have done after an announcement. I don't understand what you want from them right now? There is a lot of money that has been proposed in creating this JDA in a new industry. They want to get it right. Have time to review what negotiations have happened. Probably still working out what Government support will be In place also. Just wait and let it happen. Don't let your emotional need of immediate gratification affect your judgement of leadership.
