Where do you think PRL fit in the food chain on this one with the likely stakeholders in play.. TE, WA Gov, possibly Fed Gov. I'm expecting the timing to the announcement is well beyond PRL managements control.

JDA is probably already finalized waiting release.. yet TE or respective gov dept may have promised dates and had to shift due to other priorities in the last 10 days.

An extension of 1 day says to me that there is significant confidence Monday is the day. Otherwise we would have seen another 10,5 or more days.

Don't forget to own your words on Monday when counting your pennies!
