    IMO leadership here is negotiating for shareholders and company interests, seeking to negotiate a genuine win-win and not fold to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd proposal if not in PRL's interest.

    longer time needed simply indicates strong leadership correctly representing shareholders interests. As long as they don't issue a no deal, I'm happy with a TH for as long as it takes
