It might do take more time and we undestand that, but the point here is - if its a bigger deal, it shall be better planned, which means get all the paperwork done or ready, finalise the discussions, instead of rushing to make an anns and then realised they need more time to finalise things. Its the planning and comms ppl are mainly not happy about, not the extra time.
