LRV has around 55m shares on issue.
Executive Management hold ~13% and the other TOP 40 shareholders another 52% so LRV is tightly held on basis there has been no material change in 2022.
LRV shares peaked at 55 cents (+ 175% on IPO of 20 cents) on early expectations at MT ISA and EYRE.
Drilling is in progress at MT ISA with EYRE & NZ activities underway. News is expected in the next few weeks.
LRV must ensure that any new transaction is shareholder accretive and shareholders are informed of the rationale for such transaction.
LRV has not disclosed the identity of potential keystone investor and unless there is a confidentiality deed then this party must ONLY rely on information LRV released to the market.
LRV will require to provide a substantive update when it proposes the lift it's self imposed suspension.
Hopefully shareholders will be pleasantly surprised in terms of capability and capacity of the investor and the scale of, and terms of, its EQUITY investment (a premium to IPO price & last traded MV).
