    The fundamentals have not changed. What you are describing are macro economical changes and nothing to do with the basis of the project other than fundings/costs. There is a big difference.
    Also given we really have no concrete figures of capex/opex, nothing has really changed and is therefore redundant until such time as these are released to market.
