I have been in several companies that had a TH then followed by a series of suspensions and never to been seen again, but they all had one thing in common ( apart from good Spin Doctors ) …..no cash to keep going and countless shares on issue, I think we are pretty safe moving forward, the rules of the ASX would clearly spell out that if Total had pulled out of the deal then it would have been reported immediately, even if a suspension was requested.
