so far the PRL team has cleared each milestones they need to clear, and now still in progress to the next milestone comming up soon, there is no reason and background/hostory to make shareholders to worry.
Fix the agreement with TE will be a big thing, without this promissing look, WA government won't easily announce PRL is the one major development in the state.
Next week will pump up the SP to a new high level.
IMO, for investors, SP goes up or down is not big deal, big deal is this agreement further DIRISKed the whole project.
