I rang Philsaga Mining Corporation today, and spoke with legal department;
1. Protests ceased 1 month ago
2. They asked if I wanted to be transferred to Raul.
3. I asked whether the mine was operational and making money. I was told I needed to talk to "her manager".
She could not tell me if they were operating.
The manager answered the phone call, saying something in Tagalog with her and hung up the line.
My assessment is Raul is still in control, no protests but any questions about money/ profit/ gold mine operations; staff became super paranoid.
My gut tells me there is a takeover by Raul and the board of directors at Ten Sixty Four are not in control of the mine.
This tells me that we are being held to ransom by coup d'état led by Raul, his vigilante PMC members, and a majority of traditional landowners.
This ties in with the fact that Ten Sixty Four directors have not been inside the mine area for some time.
Gold, Greed, Goons in anybody's language
