I attended the AGM22 in Perth in November as a shareholder, I witnessed a shareholder being ejected by the then Executive Chairman (Jeffery McGlinn) for asking an NED, Hunt after his re-election, "Why he believes he is a fit for purpose Director?" The shareholder after complying with the EC's request was then badgered & assaulted by hired help. This is the behaviour shareholders with questions of their company's performance are up against.

Something is off with this Board badly. & they the Board, or members of the Board are protecting something, & they do not under any circumstances want it being exposed. That's why there are so many "smokescreens" & diversions to steer shareholders attention away from the serious issues surrounding this Board as you have also pointed out. I have pages of notes & documentation of how rotten to the core this Board is.

You need to understand the Dark Quadrant of Psychology to understand the profile of what you are dealing with on this Board. The behavioural patterns have been repeating themselves since the arrival of one particular personality.

They are quite defensive now and reading today's announcement indicates they are very very concerned, even fearful of the outcome. That means they are now doubling down to fight for survival, their jobs. Todays announcement is far more aggressive, slanderous, vicious, with an added element of positioning themselves as victims to appeal to shareholders emotions to keep them employed by stating they are the right people for the job. Actions demonstrate the antithesis of the facts. ITS A POOR PERFORMING BOARD NOT DISCLOSING MATERIAL INFORMATION TO ITS SHAREHOLDERS.

All that shareholders have experienced, are remuneration increases, terminations & chaos. Terminations are what happens when you say 'no' or disagree with a dominant personality {psychological profile withheld).

The same behavioural pattern has been repeating itself over & over since the arrival of one person in particular to the Board.

The only solution right now & I mean right now, is to remove this Board & start again with a new Board, an experienced independent Chairperson, & people who actually care about shareholder interests and stakeholders (all of them).

This current Board have not disclosed to shareholders that the company, from what appears to be the case under the listing rules, is under enforced suspension by the regulators as a result of not providing statutory reporting. The announcements are so vague, you have to read them a number of times to interpret what is really going on behind the scenes. It's in the announcements if you pay careful attention.

You only have to read the articles on the PNG Panguna play from the online mining journals to understand what all shareholders are up against. Read Dr Fletchers critique of the PNG landowner 'grab' where the traditional landowners will lose out, badly, if the agenda goes through circumventing the 2015 mining Act. Who is the legal person who drafted the laws? same legal counsel representing x64 now, and was a poster on this platform.

This Board are carefully controlling the narrative on this platform as best they can with a group of pretend posters/shareholders. This Board is without a shadow of a doubt treating shareholders & indigenous landowners with utter contempt to say the least.

A new Board, whether shareholders like them or not, is the best and only course of action right now. A new Board is the only alternative right now to disclose all the hidden information for a light to be shone on it. Its what scares this Board the most, the discovered information to be passed onto shareholders!

Pay special attention to the posters who continue to support current Board behaviour, steer shareholders attention away from seeking the truth.
