^ Yeah TL it's another reason - probably the main reason - I want out at the moment. There is too much risk on this stock for the return they look not paying this year. The audit and particularly the suspension is concerning, but the IP issue could cause real problems.
And before Hoggy gets in, yes, maybe once this is sorted out and the decline is near completion would be a better time to be buying back in
