what do you expect the Directors to say - that the are not acting in the best interests of all shareholders? That the directors on the board are not the best people to guide the company?
These sorts of statements are pointless - the Directors aren’t going to say anything else. It is up to the owners of the company to decide if the Directors are acting in their best interests and are the right people to guide the company.
