only less than one hour away from close of trading, still no announcement, this leads me to think that news could not be a good one.
if it was a good one, they can release it straightaway. My thinking is it would be something like government incased more requirements or conditions on the mining lease? or not happy with co's environmental impact study.... so negotiation is underway.
