Going to be very concerning if quantum need to offload their 30% stake because of liquidity issues. They are going to need to do a lot more than just supply the one payment to get some faith back in this stock. In another thread a poster indicated the pilot plant equipments final batch was being shipped, not sure how they can build a pilot plant, let alone tell us anything regarding it if they cannot inform shareholders about a payment.
