wow it’s suspended until 17 JAN. Does anyone know how long it can stay in suspension under the Listing Rules? One would think there is some limit. The justification is that we would be in an uninformed market but that seems exceedingly hollow reason now as we all know they are trying to raise finance and we all know the issues with licences and the govt. seems to me there is no valid reason to be allowed to stay in suspension. Poor fundamentals and the probability of a certain SP collapse straight to 0.1c isn’t a reason to allow suspension. I think it should trade and I think ASX and ASIC should be challenged to disallow any more suspensions as it has been in this state and getting worse since May aka over 6 months. This is not what Trade halts and Suspensions are for, this is now basically an unlisted company basically.
