    Not to get hopes up too much, but today's announcement confirms greater interest in soo to be divested Fairway assets, and resolution to legal case against TEX, to their satisfaction!!

    Worth keeping a close watch on any renewed interest in this stock, and if POO holds or appreciates further then it could deserve very close attention for speculative entry. DYOR
