    I have a horrible feeling that you are right.

    WUC has decided he can snatch BLR by the throat.
    Why over pay for a dud company.
    It always seemed too generous an offer, for a so close to bankruptcy company.

    I hope everyone with this line of thinking are wrong. Especially me.
