If Glasier is walking, and funding is to be secured, that is an announceable event.

This deal is not dead. I think the issue is two fold. One, the diverging Ablation JV. And two, the WU takeover. I think these are the reasons for the six week uncertainy. Trying to sort out two issues under the clock is extremely difficult.

I can not believe the forum is thinking the worst. This WU deal will happen, it is a great deal for BLR shareholders. Management knows this.
