The JV was diverging BEFORE the appearance of WU on the horizon as per the Dec quarter comment. So WU does not enter into the issue other than I believe Glasier is asking a lot of questions.
Also, the JV has no vote in the WU offer. And as independent BLR shareholders, They do not have enough shares to matter as everyone knows who the top 20 shareholders are.
No, this is a situation where Glasier is calling the shots and 2 contracts need to be approved by 3 parties before anything can be announced. My opinion only.
