Hi, I would listen to Cait, Funny thing is WUC lent BLR funding during the TO and I believe that will not be refunded if the TO is aborted. Interesting though. and its a paper swap , no major funding out, Biggest loss photocopy paper, Resources of BLR are the same worth a great deal than the TO price and especially paper costs.
