60m cash raise will be sub 40c ,likely 35c money will be used to purchase Blend and Pack , from memory has an ebit about $3m , cash burn about $5m a quarter , how are they better off? The current management if left in place will then go about stuffing Blend and Pack as they do with everything they touch.
