The Company has made its announcements and shareholders voted in the debt facility ( and its proposed terms ) which gives the lender control of all assets and revenues.
If the company performs and it’s able to generate earnings (it hasn’t been able to achieve that in 9 years thus far) to pay down the debt, it’s SP may improve. Granted It’s highly unlikely but it is possible.
Many are looking for an exit in this stock, hopefully they have gains elsewhere to offsets their losses here.
