or... as the results are already bad... is there anything else we can add to them to make this report terrible... but show improvement has occurred on the next report.

*speculation* At present - they don't seem to have the ability to pay down their debt sufficiently... until the debt gets lighter, or new material contracts happen - things will stay the same - or slightly worse
