@baldynumbers - as I said, I'd hate to be a director on this one. a lot of different ways a class action can be brought forward...mislead market on true financial position (write-downs etc..), one of many examples.
best to all that hold, hopefully, asset sales can be completed quickly and not at fire-sale prices...
