Obviously they are deep into something. I doubt they have released anything to the ASX or they would have said something. Going over the stated suspension period without notice is not against the rules...and Bernie knows that. Suspension has no time limit....as long as your ASX fee's are paid...you can stay suspended forever.
It is just taking longer to nail down the deal than they thought most likely.
Tomorrow is another day...and may bring news. The longer it goes the better I feel actually....means its substantial.....just my opinion of course.
