After a 2 day TH if there is no announcement the company goes into suspension.
It appears that what they have done here is bypass the TH process and gone straight to a suspension.
Not sure whether everyone realises (the HC announcement system hasnt picked it up), but BRT issued an announcement last night clarifying the situation, pointing to discussions with a US based toy company regarding a merger, not to mention possible legal action against ex-directors (you can see why some had resigned and then a few weeks later the Blackwater deal falls over....)
They dont exactly have alot of spare cash floating around to pay for legal costs, so a no-win no-fee type of arrangement will be forthcoming IMO.
Either way, as I said, lots of vested interests here and lets see what transpires.
