Could Downer could be the potential shark. It's business is diverse after a shopping spree over the years. With the downturn in mining, a large chunk of downers business, it is likely looking for the likes of gridcomm to grow. Not probably a perfect fit, but no such thing as perfect anyway.
Any thoughts of more likely sharks not necessarily an Aussie coy?
