    Right when there is a lot of confusion and information vacuum - they'll most likely get consent and in 10 years once they've proven a good job on Grassy Mountain start working on incorporating Elan. Elan will most likely never be cheaper for them than it is now. Regulators would be more likely to allow a reclassification on land in the future with proven operators that locals trust, that also happen to be mining right next door...

    Gina, how's about 50c and you can have it...
