    My take is nothing has changed re exploration licensing ... mining licence approvals however are uncertain ... i believe ATU is taking a prudent grown up approach to engage with govt and stakeholders before providing guidance .. if that takes a few more weeks to obtain clear legal certainty thats a good thing
