    Dont take up the options. The underwriter clearly thinks SP will go lower than 20 cents. Any thoughts on what you think SP will fall to on open? I am hoping with all this delay the company can release some positive news to cushion the fall. Maybe some positive news from regulator or other funding arrangements.
