Why has Zigin gone to ICC if they can click their fingers and take the tenements .

yeah it could just be a case of the big guy trying to bully the little guy until he has no more money to defend himself let alone develop a mine, so maybe they are just waiting for AVZ to run out of money.

Will be interesting to see how AVZ come up with the money needed for the next 2 years of legal battles.
