I agree it is a huge package and pretty mind boggling considering the suspension we're all in.... However, the majority of the $13m comes from the performance rights that the directors were awarded at around 15c (from memory), then the SP shot up to $1.35 and now locked at 78c. I agree the optics aren't great but it is what it is.
